Curiosity Gym is an education-technology company partnered with SVM to set up 2 Innovation Hubs with a hands-on learning environment and mentors in technical and scientific training within rural communities. They work with Curriculum-aligned Learning and Innovation Platform (CLIP) benchmarks. The hubs help guide and encourage students to develop confidence in their communication skills, critical thinking and problem solving.

SAVe Foundation empowers educational institutions, farmer collectives and village institutions through credible partnerships with public and private institutions by promoting knowledge, acceleration, entrepreneurship, youth empowerment and enabling vibrant market ecosystems. (Under Education)

IBM is a leading cloud platform, cognitive solutions and information technology company. IBM with SVM is offering a 40 hours self-paced Data Science Course for Python Basics, Data Structures, Programming Fundamentals and Working with Data. This course is exclusively meant for SVM village students, who after completion of the course, may be able to work as Data Scientists and Analysts.

Pratham with SVM aims to provide Combined Activities for Maximized Learning (CAMaL) that combines doing, speaking, reading, and writing around each learning activity so that ‘learning to read ’and ‘reading to learn’ stimulate better learning, comprehension, and retention. These activities can be adopted rather quickly to achieve a visible impact in writing, reading, comprehension and above all, on the confidence of the child.

Cygni believes their Energy Storage systems will be a vital part of the future of the electric grid. SVM partners with Cygni to install solar power storage units in our Salesforce Trailblazer labs giving access to clean energy to power the entire operation and offer uninterrupted power supply to our education efforts. The solar energy was brought to ensure supply of power energy at the Salesforce Trailblazer Lab charging around 20 computers.

Watsan is an envirotech company whose mission is to provide award-winning water and sanitary solutions to the rural population by manufacturing and distributing low-cost yet effective electricity-free water filters to urban slums and rural families who cannot afford other expensive options. Smart Village Movement has facilitated the needs of the community with Meghalaya State & Watsan for introducing water filters in 3 villages in Meghalaya.

Tata Swach is the brainchild of several Tata companies like Tata Chemicals and TCS that co-innovate to make this low-cost, low-maintenance, and user-friendly Tata Swach Nanotech Water Purifier to ensure safe drinking water to the masses. This project not only brings clean water to rural India but also creates livelihood revenue for the Self Help Groups(SHG) in Meghalaya who sell the portable water to the tourists in Dympep and Lumthangdin

It is a complete well-being unit providing a sustainable household. Kaushal Bhaav is exploring opportunities to pilot its modular housing technologies in the PMAY beneficiaries Village of Meghalaya.

HELIOZ is a Social Enterprise based in Austria offering innovative and accessible solutions to improve everyday lives of those underserved by traditional markets. They combine social impact with commercial success on a global basis by providing customized CSR-projects and climate activities to companies and governments in the area of water disinfection. This SVM project collaborates between the Smart Village Movement, Meghalaya & HELIOZ for the pilot implementation of Safe Tap technology as a community solution for handwashing in 14 villages (Mawphlang C&RD) in Meghalaya.
