Introducing Positive Population Healthcare Management (PPHM), an avant-garde initiative launched by Meghalaya Smart Village Movement. This groundbreaking project, initiated in Bhoirymbong, Ri Bhoi District, aims to transform healthcare by focusing on preventive measures. Through strategic collaboration with the Department of Health and Family Welfare, Government of Meghalaya; Healthcare AI screening partner Maya MD; KRSNAA as the Diagnostics partner; and Martin Luther Christian University as the Mobilization partner, PPHM is set to redefine healthcare delivery in rural Meghalaya.

Strategic Planning and Collaborations

Months of meticulous planning and collaboration with key partners have culminated in the launch of the PPHM pilot project. The collaboration includes the Department of Health and Family Welfare, Government of Meghalaya; Healthcare AI screening partner Maya MD; KRSNAA as the Diagnostics partner; and Martin Luther Christian University as the Mobilization partner.

Global Recognition

Due to its significant social impact potential, PPHM gained global recognition and was invited to participate at the World Open Innovation Conference 2022 in Eindhoven, Netherlands.

Connected Digital Healthcare Platform

PPHM aims to establish a connected digital healthcare delivery platform and network for the population of Meghalaya. Leveraging Artificial Intelligence and physician expertise, the project aims to reduce disease management expenditures and increase longevity.

State Health Policy Integration

Aligned with Meghalaya’s new State Health Policy, PPHM aims to foster a culture of informed decision-making regarding healthcare. The pilot program aspires to increase average life expectancy, reduce DALY, and prioritize overall quality of life, happiness, and well-being
